Registration


Registration includes entry into workshops, activities, conference t-shirt, program and all lunches. Please note that in order to guarantee receiving a t-shirt, we will need to receive your registration no later than March 23, 2018, although we will continue to accept registrations after this date.

 

Registration Fees: 

Early-bird rate (Until December 31) - $195

Regular rate - $225

One day rate - $75

 

Lodging is up to the participant, however, we have negotiated special rates for the event. Please visit our Lodging page for additional information. Information on transportation is also available on our Getting to Seaside page.

This year we are offering one free registration for every ten registrations. If you are interested in this discount, please contact Sunny Briscoe at sbriscoe@mhaoforegon.org. 

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to sbriscoe@mhaoforegon.org. If cancellation is requested on or before March 23, 2018, you will receive a full refund minus a $15-per-person administration processing fee. Starting March 24, 2018, registrations will not be refunded. Registrants who are no-shows for the conference will not receive a refund.
