Registration is $195.00 and includes entry into workshops, activities, conference t-shirt, program and all lunches. Please note that in order to guarantee receiving a t-shirt, we will need to receive your registration no later than March 31, 2017, although we will continue to accept registrations after this date.


Lodging is up to the participant, however, we have negotiated special rates for the event. Please visit our Lodging page for additional information. Information on transportation is also available on our Getting to Seaside page.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to If cancellation is requested on or before March 31, 2017, you will receive a full refund minus a $15-per-person administration processing fee. Starting April 1, 2017, registrations will not be refunded. Registrants who are no-shows for the conference will not receive a refund.
