Registration includes entry into workshops, activities, conference t-shirt, program and all lunches. Please note that in order to guarantee receiving a t-shirt and program, we will need to receive your registration no later than April 20, 2019, although we will continue to accept registrations after this date.

Early-bird rate (Until December 31) - $275

Regular rate - $300

One day rate - $100

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing to If cancellation is requested on or before April 20, 2019, you will receive a full refund minus a $15-per-person administration processing fee. Starting April 22, 2019, registrations will not be refunded. Registrants who are no-shows for the conference will not receive a refund.
