Getting to Seaside
If flying into Portland, here are few options for transportation to/from Seaside, Oregon:
- Rent a car. The car rental rates from the Portland airport start at about $65 per day for an economy or compact car (seats four).
- Take a bus. This one is trickier, as there are only two buses per day servicing Seaside: leaving Portland at 9:30 AM and 6:20 PM, and leaving seaside at 9:09 AM and 6:38 PM. The tickets start at $17.00 per person each way. But, the trip takes considerably longer by bus than by car (about 2.5 hours, rather than 1.5 via driving). I found tickets on the website, Wanderu.
- Post a request for ride-shares on the the Peerpocalypse Facebook group. This has been done before by a number of people attending Peerpocalypse and has been quite successful.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Seaside Civic & Convention Center and within 20 feet of all entrance and exit points. A designated smoking area will be determined for all ticketed events.
Driving Directions:
From Portland - Take US 26 W to HWY 101 N. Turn left on to S. Holladay Dr. Turn left onto 1st Ave. The SCCC will be on the left.
